REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Any service cancellation must be warranted over an email 20 days prior to the date of the proposed cancellation.
Immediate service cancellation is available up to 36 hours of the 1st payment.
In due course of the cancellation, there will be a cool-off period of at least 10 days. NEDM Agency will hand over all the properties within this period, if there's any. The cool-off period will not attract any extra cost, and at the same time, there is no service guarantee for that period.
Within 24 hours of service cancellation, there is a 95% service fees refund policy in place, subject to the % deduction by our payment collection partner service provider.
Any refund claim must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org first!! Refund is subject to the approval from the management of NEDM Group.
