Please email the following documents, if you have not provided yet:

1.    Applicant's PAN card copy (in Color),

2.   Applicant's Voter ID or any other address proof,

3.   Last 4 (four) digits of Aadhar,

5.   GST certificate (for firms - Proprietorship, partnership, Pvt Ltd, LLC, OPC, LLP)

6.   Last 3 months' Bank Statement (for firms),

7.   Recent passport size photograph of the applicant (photograph taken with a mobile phone is also accepted where two ears are clearly visible with a straight face),

8.   Authorization letter (contact us at hello@nedm.in for the format).
